Betony Flowers

Betony (Stachys officinalis) pinkish purple flowers – together with yellow Ladies Bedstraw flowers and Knapweed seed heads.

Betony is one of the 68 types of flowering plants that have been recorded in Charlton Down Nature Area to date and only noticed once, in July 2021.
